Is it ok to have things like Pizza, Hamburgers for breakfast ?

I mean, Breakfast is supposed to be your BIGGEST meal of the day. You need all those calories to get you through the day and plus you burn more off throughout the day anyway so...



But I mean is it ok to have other things besides the standard eggs, bacon, ect... breakfast ??



*And Dinner is of course my smallest meal. Plus I got to bed early and try not to eat anything else after 6:30. =)*Is it ok to have things like Pizza, Hamburgers for breakfast ?
its ok but hav something with vitamins and minerals so ur body feels good. kuz sure pizza and all that stuff has the calories u need but not all the nutrients u need. so get some vitamin c from a glass of oj or a glass of milk will giv u calcium.

Well, although breakfast is the largest meal of the day it is also supposed to be something nourishing to help your body function during the day. The reason why a lot of people eat eggs is because eggs have protein and give them energy throughout the day. Pizza on the other hand is pure carbs with a little pit of calcium (the cheese) and carbs only give you fast acting energy they won't last the whole day. So you will find that you will eat less through the day if you eat something like eggs vs. pizza. Hope that helps!!!! :)
Dear if you are a diet conscience and want to be get fit then you should take Oatmeal in your breakfast, pizza and other junk food make you lazy and also not good for your stomach.
