B: waffles with syrup and bacon, or scrambled eggs with cheese and toast.
L: Subway (6 inch BMT with all the veggies) or a Big Mac with extra sauce
D: A nice grilled steak with salad and baked potato
Sorry, today is my "blow out" day before my diet starts tomorrow. LOL

Breakfast:Toaster Strudel,fruit and milk
Lunch:Chicken Salad sandwich with whole wheat bread
Dinner:Steak,salad,baked potato with Velveeta cheese
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Falafels
Dinner: Pork Roast
Breakfast: Smoothie, piece of fruit and half a english muffin (if you have a big appetite)
Lunch: Soup, crackers, veggie sub
Dinner: Rice, choice of protien, cooked mixed veggies
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Salad
Dinner: Salad, chunk of cheese, smoothie
ok so eat pizza....;)
Breakfast = Soft boiled eggs with home made sausage and bacon and toast with home made butter. Remember to take a cholesterol pill.
Lunch= Pastrami and swiss on rye with spicy mustard and shredded cabbage
Dinner= Heavily marbled rib eye steak with french fries and a side salad with oil and vinegar dressing. SO - it is a good thing that you took that pill at breakfast.
Snack= A nice Gala apple and a seedless naval orange.
