Compared to eating lard out of a bucket. sure: it is.
But seriously - pizza isn't a health food no matter what. There is a ton of sodium in it and fat in the sauce and toppings. But if won't kill you if you eat it occasionally for dinner, it is no different for you for breakfast.
So you asked about "healthy" so I'd say no - it isn't a health food.Is a piece of pizza from pizza pizza a healthy breakfast?
How could it not be? It's balanced so well that it contains elements of vegetables, meat, grain and dairy! Just be sure not to overindulge and it'll be fine! The main point is to eat something, anything for breakfast, to get your body's metabolism kick-started for the day. One slice of pizza fits the bill quite nicely!
I would say deffinately not. Pizza is very high in sodium and not high in vitamins this is why they reccomend cereals for the morning and I totally agree. Its harder for me because I am allergic to gluten so I have to be really carful and rice cereals dont offer as much vitamins but they are healthier because gluten can cause a lot of problems for a lot of people. Is a piece of pizza from pizza pizza a healthy breakfast?
its not a healthy breakfast..but SO many people have told me thta eating leftover pizza for breakfast is way better than eating nothing for breakfast, at least you eat something in the morning to get ur body going
