Breakfast/brunch food?

I'm having a brunch potluck for my husbands birthday, and was wondering what i might be abe to add to the menu that is relativley inexspensive to make? So far the menu is;

Eggs

Breakfast Pizza

Biscuits

Oatmeal

Pancakes

Bacon

any fruit I can get my hands on

and possibly a quiche.

Anything else I should have?Breakfast/brunch food?
Maybe a nice frittata

Ham on the bone

Fruit salad

Bagels and Cream Cheese

Simple pasta dish....baked ziti

pastries

flavored coffees
Instead of just eggs made to order or scrambled eggs you could do omelets or a veggie, cheese and egg casserole. Use fresh mushrooms, onions, green and red peppers and shredded cheddar cheese. (www.kraft.com) French toast is a good brunch food also as you can add toppings i.e. strawberries, cherries, peaches, chocolate chips and whipped cream etc.

Danish and biscuits are a good idea....

You should definitely have mimosas (oj and champagne) and/or bloody mary's! :)

Good luck!Breakfast/brunch food?
Add some sausage gravy for the biscuits.

Home fried potatoes. (Fry them in the bacon grease for lots of extra flavor).
Quiche is easy and delicious. Consider a frittata, which is like an omlette, but easier. You can add mushrooms, potatoes, chives, cheeses, sun dried tomatoes, etc with the eggs.

The oatmeal and Pancakes might be very time consuming, so I usually avoid them. Fruit salad, good rolls or biscuits and jam is good. Have fun!
