I have had a lot of calorie intake earlier this morning (I usually have a heavenly breakfast with dessert) So, what should i eat for dinner that is healthy... and tasty? I was thinking of the two above, any ideas?
PS I am not a calorie counter but love to stay/get fit|||If you are remotely worried about calories in dinner then neither is a good choice. Generally pizza would be better. A good healthy dinner would be about 4 oz of tuna/salmon, chopped over a romaine lettuce salad with low fat dressing of whatever you choose. Cooked sweet patato with cinnamon is a tasty dinner side. You could even eat breaded(but not fried) chicken with honey mustard sauce. Beef is a meat with lots of cholesterol. Of course you could always skip dessert after breakfast.|||go with the gyro (the real name is "doner" this is a turkish word. the rest of the world stole it and claims to be the creators of this.)|||OH god... Zankou chicken.. beef shawarma
