I had two slices of mushroom Wal Mart Sam's Club pizza for dinner. Before that, I had about half a serving of Special K Red Berry cereal for lunch/breakfast. I'm feeling sort of groggy and fat now, should I go work out now? Cuz I was planning on taking a day off...Thanks.

Two bowls of damn cereal and f*cking pizza? Are you kidding? You need to eat so your body understands it can burn the fat instead of storing it. Damn. You know how sumo wrestlers get so fat? They eat one meal a day. You're eating two jokes and a pile of sh*t. Come on. Use your brain.|||noo.|||my god man! It's your mentality making you feel fat. Supermarket pizza does not have THAT much fat in it. Obviously it wouldn't be healthy to have every night, but it's still better than take away pizza(sorry take out, to go pizza, don't know what americans call it).
Take a day off from working out, you should have 24 hours rest anyway between work outs.|||You should feel guilty for shopping at Walmart.
Besides that, I can only imagine the food quality of walmart-brand anything is not good. You probably just ate about a full day's worth of saturated fat. Also, having "half a serving" of cereal for breakfast is a terrible idea. Eating such a small amount in the morning is just slowing down your metabolism for the rest of the day.
In conclusion, yes, go workout. Do not eat walmart pizza anymore, and eat a bigger breakfast.
