I made a pizza and ate all of it?

So im on a diet, and i weigh 122 pounds today woot woot:) I had oatmeal (with cinnamon, honey, and a banana) for breakfast, and made a pizza for lunch. I think ill fe full for the rest of the day. Im just scared that Im going to gain weight from it.


1 whole wheat circle thing of pita bread


4 slices of cheese


mini peppers (3)


1 mushroom


1 cup sliced spinach


Will I gain weight from this?|||eating a healthy pizza on one day isn't going to make any difference to your weight. You will notice the difference immediately after, but not the next day etc.


So don't worry- you can indulge every once in a while. :)|||it does not sound bad at all. Ignore the person telling you not to eat for the rest of the day. Fasting will only result in slowed metabolism, and will result in you storing more fat when next you eat.|||No, as long as you don't eat anything else today.
