Ever since i started this diet, my metabolism is messed up?

before, i would have a sugary cereal and full fat milk for breakfast, pizza and soda for lunch, and veggie burgers (usually fast food) and more soda for supper, chips and cake for snacks.i decided to shed a few pounds, but i wasn't overweight at all. then i started a low calorie diet, and i constantly felt tired and i over exercised. now that i stopped my diet, i can't eat the way i used to! i miss junk food and i want to eat it, but ill end up weight more than before! someone help!|||Sometimes when people eat healthier foods, thier bodies reject once tantalizing foods such as Big Macs and sugary cereals. You might even feel sick afterwards. There has been some research done on people who have chosen to eat healthy and then could not eat fast food like they used to even after only a month or two.

Fast food is ok in moderation, so if you crave a cheeseburger, go get it, but maybe not the fries and soda. Use healthy choices when you eat out, and you wont feel as guilty. |||The less you eat the slower your metabolism becomes and the more your body holds on to your fat cells. The trick is to eat a lot but make it lots of vegies, fruits, and whole wheat grains. |||Everything in moderation. Those foods are bad for you to begin with. If you were treating your body properly then decided to go back to your old habits, your body can reject the fatty foods you're putting into it. It's not necessarily a bad thing you can't eat them. Like I said, you can eat anything you want, just not excessively. Moderate.|||Eating junk food is supposed to make you feel like you can do anything. Try eating more healthy snacks and less junk food. And if your able to try eating six small meals instead of three big ones. Its okay to have junk food every now and then but to have it constantly is not good for you.|||Hmm Intresting|||Ease into your new diet take a bit at the time and still slower lower the junk food (but still keep some). I'm assuming you suddenly changed diet so your body isn't use to the change yet and is struggling therefore being tired. |||the less you eat the slower your matab which will cause you to gain weight. you need to eat a balance diet.
