i'm wondering if half of a pizza is bad for a small meal while on a diet.|||If your fairly healthy and have a moderately active lifestyle, then eating two slices every now and then (even every other day) aren't bad if you don;t put meat on as toppings. Sausage, pepperoni, and hamburger that come on pizzas are horrible for you. Just eat cheese, fresh herbs, or veggies.
Also, studies show that if you place a few paper towels over a slice of pizza and gently press, hold, then repeat can cut the calories of a cheese pizza almost in half. WOW! just absorb all that grease and oil.|||i've read about the pizza diet; but i would still look for pizzas that are gluten-free or eat the toppings and hardly any crust if u are a girl
if u are a male, go ahead and have fun!|||it all depends if you are trying to lose weight. if you eat the pizza, you probably wont lose weight but nt gian it either. so if i were you, i would skip the pizza and mkae mmyself a fruit smootie or grill up some veggies|||Half a normal sized pizza is not a small meal...
Half a personal pizza with a salad....
Probably a better choice.
But as someone mentioned above.... certain toppings are going to cause more troubles than others.
Broccoli versus bacon kind of thing.|||one slice is ok, one HALF is ludicrous and anyone should know better.|||It depends if what toppings you have on the pizza.
