I am starting to take whey protein and I want to eat healthier. Well, I dont eat junk food. I just eat my 3 meals a day but they aren't healthy like pizza, meat, etc. So what are some healthy breakfasts? I eat reeses peices puffs and i know that isnt good. Plus, I know you are going to say oatmeal, what is the best out there?|||egg white omelet, protein shake, whole grain cereal, bagel, english muffin, fruit, etc.
