What is better if your trying to gain muscle: Oatmeal with a little coco or Frosen pizza (Grandiosa)?

i am working out 4 times a week and im trying to gain muscle (eating aloot of fibre and protein) so what would be a better breakfast for me ? im 175cm and 77kg (11% body fat)|||oatmeal! protein :)





the frozen pizza prob has a ton of extra calories and preservatives
