Am I healthy enough based on what I eat?

I am 12, male, 82 pounds, 5'0" and here is my 5 day usual diet

Corn flakes for breakfast

Pizza for lunch (nothing else good at school)

Something basic, nothing, or a burger (maybe 1 time a week) for dinner

Am I healthy?|||You're growing, so to be truly healthy you need to eat more. You're not doing too terrible, but definitely add a fruit and dairy to your cornflakes, like lowfat milk or a yogurt. If you really only want pizza- which I understand, you're 12- pack some fruit and veggies, like carrot and celery sticks, or a small salad (with a light dressing, not the goopey ranch junk), and milk, from home. For dinner never go starving- have a turkey burger for protein- they're super yummy- with fruit and veggies and milk. Sensing a pattern? Or have chicken or fish with the fruit/veggies/dairy mix. Its ok if you want a burger, just don't forget the healthier sides. And you're still a kid, so don't feel bad about the occasional dessert. Drink lots of water, all day long!|||Your diet is unhealthy for sure. Try to stick with the food pyramid every day. Play out in the sun for 20 minutes a day for activity and vitamin D. It's nice to see someone your age wanting to be healthy !|||It sounds like you don't eat enough! That cannot possibly be all you eat in a day! Plus you need to eat stuff that gives your body nutrients/fuel because you are at a growing stage|||youre 12. you dont need to worry so much although you need more fruits and vegetables for sure
