What would you make/have for a breakfast bake sale?

Every student organization always has bake sales at least twice a year to raise money for their group, or for a cause they are sponsoring. The thing is, though, everyone always brings the same things.

So, I was thinking of having themed bake sales, and one of them was a fall-themed breakfast bake sale, since these usually start in the morning when students are just arriving on campus.

If you were me, or if you were buying from a breakfast bake sale, what would you want to have? Mini blueberry pancakes? Apple-pie muffins? French toast sticks? Little breakfast pizzas? Crustless pb%26amp;j in different shapes? Bagel sandwiches? Anything with eggs in it? What about drinks?

Any ideas would be great. Thanks!|||My first choice of the things you listed would be a bagel if you had a decent selection of cream cheeses. My next choice would be a muffin. I'd consider buying something with eggs only if you had a breakfast meat available as well.

If I had to personally bake one item to sell, it would probably be cheese biscuits because they seem to go over very well with a crowd. Croissants with butter, jam, or marmalade are lightly filling while heavy in calories but also pretty popular. And let us not forget that Cinnabon built a nationwide industry around cinnamon rolls so that would have to be a best selling item.

The only thing that I can thing of that is a little out of the ordinary is this baked roll up of a crescent type dough, ground sausage, and cheese that my mom used to make when I was a kid. I don't know what it's called or how to make it, but I'd definitely buy it if you sold it. I'm not a baker by any stretch of the imagination, but maybe you know what I'm talking about.|||Those are all good things you mentioned to make for a breakfast bake sale.

I have some others for you to think about:

Pigs in a Blanket (use breakfast sausage and wrap them in either a pancake with a toothpick or wrap them in the Pillsbury crescent rolls and bake them).

Breakfast burritos (eggs, chorizo (optional), sausage, bacon, hash browns cheese with salsa).

Drinks: The grocery store has those milks that Starbuck sells that don't need refridgeration and they make regular flavor, chocolate and vanilla. Then juices (orange, cranberry., apple)

Good luck.|||blueberry muffins, french toast sticks would be nice, cinnamon waffles, egg wrap so you could do egg n bacon then wrap them in a pancake, bagel sandwitches would be nice, for drinks do some coffee, iced tea, and hot chocolate would be nice (when you make it if you have any vanilla extract add a drop to each cup it makes a big difference), mini applie pies, or you could do apple crumble n add a lil fruit salad on the side|||Muffins in different flavors: chocolate chip, blueberry, cranberry orange, lemon poppy, banana walnut, etc. Slices of breakfast pizza. Croque monsieur (have a panini grill on hand). Fruit smoothies (have a blender on hand). Quiche and cinnamon rolls (like the others mentioned) are great ideas too.|||Definitely stick with baked goods. Unless you have some way of cooking eggs, etc. at the bake sale, they're not going to turn out well...and people are not going to buy them.

Stick with the fall-themed breakfast bake sale, but instead go for things like pumpkin muffins, cinnamon rolls, apple muffins, banana walnut bread....baked goods that just scream "fall" but that will also hold up well for the few hours that you'll be selling them.

After all, no one wants to buy lukewarm eggs and cold, stale bagels!|||make a quiche breakfast sale! Quiche can be made vegetarian, low fat, low salt, low cholesterol...endless variety. Good hot or cold, too!|||I wouldn't buy anything baked.

I WOULD buy a breakfast burrito with eggs, cheese and ham or bacon with a side of salsa.

Or a Bacon %26amp; egg Bagel.|||Pancakes

Breakfast quiche (bacon ,egg,sausage %26amp; tomato filling)|||waffles, muffins, sausage muffin sandwiches, omelets. orange juice, bagels, smoothies,|||Cinnamon rolls.|||I love lemon bars as for the drinks maybe a bloody mary or mimosa
