What should i eat for breakfast tomorrow before my soccer game and if im having a party later with junk food?

junk food = pizza, breadsticks, cake, ice cream,


salad(well this is healthy)


and yes im eating all of it its my birthday.|||Oatmeal is the perfect food. And a glass of oj, too.|||scrambled eggs; toast|||A protein bar, its all energy(protein) and you'll burn it all in the soccer game, try adding a banana to it !|||WEETBIX, brother! Food of champions (ie., All Blacks) and Watties baked beans, then a banana milkshake all the way|||Eggs - two or three depending on how hungry you feel, some fruit or fruit juice and a piece of toast with butter or jam.





Happy Birthday! - go nuts with the junk food. ;-)|||I'd say eat oatmeal,brown sugar. It's very healthy and gives you energy ^-^|||oatmeal for energy and some peanut butter which has protein..i always had pb sandwiches before my soccer games and gave me a lot of energy|||Fruit smoothie w/ yogurt or a protein powder in it.


Oatmeal|||Carbs for energy. Better yet, have pasta tonight.|||Hot oatmeal or oat based cereal. Heart healthy and it keeps you energized for a longer period of time. Maybe a serving of fresh fruit, or slice a banana or some strawberries on the cereal. Glass of milk, and you are good to go.
