Hello,
I recently became a raw foodist...went through detox and everything and now I feel great!
I was wondering if anyone wanted to share their best recipes for the three course meals of the day? One of my favorite things to make is raw pizza...it's amazing how it taste just like the real thing!
Anyway, I also wanted to know if anyone had a good recipe for chocolate chip cookies that didn't use nuts? Or a taco shell recipe? Thanks...look forward to reading people's ideas:-0|||carrots...|||Oh, i have many favorite recipes! The rule that i always try to apply is having the most calories in the morning, since they are going to be used by the body over the entire day. You can make raw bread and nut butters and eat them together in the morning, alongside a dense fruit, like a banana. Sweet things, like raw cookies and chocolate chips should best be consumed earlier in the day as well, so they have the time to be digested and absorbed. I prefer a light lunch - a smoothie or a raw soup (tomato cilantro soup is my favorite) and a fruit, and i'd usually close the day with a big vegetable salad.
Check out the website i added in the resource box, it has some pretty cool raw recipes!|||The site below is a great resource for the beginning raw fooder.
