Are Totino's pizza rolls and Toaster Strudel pastries OK for dogs to eat?

A few times a week, I will have a Toaster Strudel pastry for breakfast. I make one for my dog too. He loves them! When I get home from school, I like to eat Totino's pizza rolls for a snack. My dog likes them too, and I feed him a few of them too.

Any treats you give your pet should be something made for dogs and given in small amounts. I keep a small can of wet dog food on hand and use teaspoon-size amounts as dog treats, but you can use just about anything formulated for dogs as treats.|||No, they aren't good for them. They are full of sugar and fat. Obesity is just as dangerous to dogs as it is to humans. You need to cut out these unhealthy treats. He's a dog, he will get over it.|||Although human foods should usually be avoided because of the additives and preservatives that are bad for them, an occasional nibble of a pizza roll or toaster pastry won't hurt him. but i would not recomend feeding whole toaster pastries to your dog, or too frequently. =)|||It is not advisable to feed your dogs with pizza or any kind of pastries. It isn't healthy for them.|||I would advise not feeding dogs human food like that.





Especially pastries.|||ANY human food is NOT good for a dog. The dogs stomach is way different than ours, somethings that we can handle, they can't, and somethings we can't handle, they can. The chemicals %26amp; ingredients in the food might not be very healthy for your dog. Also, your dog is going to get hooked to human food which could lead to begging, allergies, and other problems. Feed your dog something that is 100% FOR SURE good for your dogs immune system/fur/teeth/health.
