I had a slice of pizza and a bread stick,can i ?
I had them for breakfast it was a left over slice I saw and couldnt say no to. Im on a diet and I know its okay to eat things I still enjoy.But since I ate it early,can I get ride of it through out the day?Am by drinking lots of water too?|||If the pizza was a medium pizza and not "the works" pizza, and the bread stick was average size, you ate between 400 and 550 kcal, depending on the pizza topping. That's not too much for a meal, so don't worry. If you're on a stricter diet, just skip one of the sides for your other meals.
