everyday i at school i eat a chicken and rice burrito for breakfast, a pizza stuffed sandwich, a bagel with cream cheese and jelly,or bites and hash browns along with a fruit and a small carton of school sized apple juice.
then for lunch i usually eat a rice bowl with some sort of chicken (orange, terryakki (sp?), kung pao) , or 2 mini cheese burgers, or "chicken box" (contains about 5 chicken nuggets and a some cajun potatoe wedges) with ketchup, or a soft taco, or a beef and cheese burrito..all with an orange and apple juice.
when i get home..for dinner
i always eat some sort of asian food. rice, noodle, whatever..
hence im asian..(:
and during the day i usually have little snacks in between such as granola bar, or chips.
my question is..
why the heck am i so skinny even though i eat like a pig everyday ._______.
i know i know i know..
fast metabolism and..asian genes..but seriously a metabolism that fast?
i do play sports..tennis..everyday for at least 2 hrs.
WHY SO SKINNY ?!
im 5'4 and only 100 lbs %26gt;____%26lt;
how can i gain weight. i dont want to just weight more..i wanna look like a weigh more.
some people say i dont look 100 lbs..they say i look 89 ._. but thats cus i have more muscles than fat so i weigh more than i look.|||Well, you are eating to fast so when u eat 2 fast it just stays in your stomach until u poop it out so.... what you should do is eat slower exerice and plus+ asians are little and most of the time healthy and skinny. Some of them can be Strong and others can be weak its just we are diffrient people get use 2 it.... THATS THE REASON WHY UR SO SKINNY... thank you for the time.|||eat more foods that are higher in calories, not fat.
