If any normal weight guys eat cereal for breakfast, personal pizza for lunch and eat something else for dinner?

instead of pizza and cereal will they still be strong and healthy? When sometimes avoiding meat for lunch as plain cheese or veggie pizza as personal but not medium and large and what are total calories? Please give me example!If any normal weight guys eat cereal for breakfast, personal pizza for lunch and eat something else for dinner?

Eating alot of pizza can make you can weight. It has alot of fat and carbs in it. You can get your grains from cereal if you pick wisely. In moderation pizza is fine. Personal size pizza is okay. But I wouldn't eat it everyday.If any normal weight guys eat cereal for breakfast, personal pizza for lunch and eat something else for dinner?
of course the answer is easy if you eat pizza you will gain weight because Pizza is high in FAT and Carbs but if you eat in moderation likes once a week thats fine
