What's the better breakfast:cereal with banana or veggie pizza?

Can't make up my mind...which is probably healthier or the better idea for teen going to school?What's the better breakfast:cereal with banana or veggie pizza?
Cereal with a banana is a better way to go but if it is a teen then give them the veggie pizza. Something is better than nothing.

Multi Grain Cheerios...YUM! Add fresh Bananas,Strawberries or Blueberries are nice choices. Also, try making smoothies(mixed with yogurt, fruit and honey).
How about a "fruit pizza".



Spread creamed cheese on the pizza crust that has already been baked and cooled.

top with pineapple chunks chilled from a can and drained, mandarin oranges chilled from a can and drained

sliced bananas...

brush with orange marmalade or apricot preserves that you heat a little on top of the stove in a little pan on low heat to make it easy to spread...with a spoon or pastry brush...If you have some fresh strawberries or blueberries they would be great too even kiwi fruit..

veggie pizza has lots more stuff.



cheese-- dairy

vegetable toppings-- vegetable

dough-- bread



but make sure the pizza has a variety of vegetables and not just like mushrooms and peppers.









i always like to stop by a local bakery and like pick up a muffin though =DDD
cereal with banana.
Oatmeal with fruit and cinnamon.
