Recipe for breakfast pizza?

Need a very simple recipe for a breakfast pizza using the Pillsburry pizza crust.Recipe for breakfast pizza?

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

5 ea Eggs, beaten

1/4 c Milk

1 c Hash browns, precooked

1 c Breakfast sausage, precooked

1 c Shredded cheese



1. Beat 5 eggs together with 1/4 C milk, set aside.

2. Press into an iron skillet the contents of one of those tubes of

refrigerator of Pillsbury cresent rolls. Top with

1 C precooked (frozen, if you like) hash browns,

1 C crumbled precooked breakfast sausage

1 C shredded cheese of choice (I like cheddar on this)

3. Optionally, and in amounts to taste, add chopped onions, chopped

bell (or other) peppers, hot sauce and/or salsa, salt and freshly

ground black pepper, and/or anything else that you think would be

good.

4. Pour egg mixture evenly over pizza. Bake in preheated 375 - 400

degree oven about 30 minutes or until done. Check often to avoid

burning. Serve immediately.

Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Pizza

1 9鈥?single-crust pastry

1/2 pound Bacon; cook -- crumble

8 ounces Swiss cheese -- shredded

4 Eggs

12 ounces Sour cream

2 tablespoons Fresh parsley -- chopped



Roll pastry to fit into a 12鈥?pizza pan. Bake at 425~ for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over crust. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour

cream and parsley until smooth;

pour over pizza. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pizza is

puffy and lightly browned. Yield 6 main-dish or 18 appetizer servings.

Easy Breakfast Pizza

1 can refrigerated pizza crust -- (l0-oz)

8 eggs

1/4 cup half-and-half OR milk

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 package chive, veggie or regular cream cheese

8 slices crisply cooked bacon

Green onions -- if desired



Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place

in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands. Bake for

6 to 7 minutes or until crust begins to brown.



Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper,

beat well. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg

mixture; cook and stir until thoroughly cooked but still moist. Remove

from heat.



Spoon cooked egg mixture over partially baked crust. Drop cream cheese by

teaspoonfuls over eggs. Arrange bacon in spoke fashion on top of pizza.

Bake for an additional 8 to 12 minutes or until toppings are thoroughly

heated and crust is deep golden brown. Garnish with green onions.

I'd cook the crust, sprinkle on some mozzarella cheese, then put scrambled eggs, bacon, ham or sausage bits, and green onions, then cheddar cheese on top. back under the broiler for 2 minutes, and voila! breakfast!Recipe for breakfast pizza?
i make them all the time, (using the pils. crust too.) all you do is make a scrambled omelette out of sausage, eggs, green peppers, bacon or ham (if you want) onions. then poke the dough with fork all around, add "omelette" and top with your favorite cheese. (the crust should be cooked till it is a couple of minutes from being done. put back in the oven till the cheese melts. it is yummy!!!!
The basics are great as Nikki indicated.



You can go out alittle further with scrambled eggs, (mexican if you want) sausage, cheeses, green chilis, salsa and black olives. Provide sour cream if desired



Feeling frisky ...layer these: fry some shredded hasbrowns real crisp, crumble lots of cooked bacon, crumble hard boiled eggs ( slice them for a cool look and save them for on top) provolone cheese and thin sliced tomatoes sprinkled lightly with basil



Scramble eggs with ham, diced pepers and home fries. Top with the cheese of your choice. Garnish with chives or chopped green onions
