Breakfast Pizza Recipe

1 storebought pizza dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

4 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar, divided, recipe follows

2 cups mascarpone cheese

1 tablespoon heavy cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest (from 1 lemon)

2 cups mixed berries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Transfer the pizza dough to the lined baking sheet and brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Cinnamon-Sugar and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool the pizza crust on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together the cheese, cream, lemon juice, and zest.

Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with mixed berries and sprinkle with the remaining Cinnamon-Sugar. Slice like a pizza and serve.

Breakfast Pizza Recipe

1 prepared thin pizza crust (about 10 ounces), such as Boboli

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

8 large eggs

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry, reserving 1 tablespoon of the liquid

1 cup chopped onion, about 1 medium onion

Kosher salt

Freshly ground black pepper

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Brush the pizza crust on both sides with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Place crust directly onto the middle rack of the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

While the crust is cooking, break the eggs into a bowl and add the reserved spinach liquid. Whisk them well and season them with salt and pepper. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil to a 10-inch skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add the dry spinach, breaking up the pieces, and heat through, about 2 minutes. Scrape the vegetable mixture into the eggs and beat it well to distribute the spinach evenly. Turn the heat down to low and pour the egg mixture back into the pan. Gently stir the eggs until they are just set and still moist, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Spread the egg mixture evenly onto the baked pizza crust and top with the cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 1 minute. Serve hot.

If you're pressed for time in the morning and you're making a breakfast pizza, here's a fun and quick-n-easy recipe.

Pizza crust - Boboli is fine

Salsa

Scrambled Eggs

Pork sausage or bacon, cooked crumbled

Shredded cheddar cheese

Spread salsa on the crust like you would pizza sauce, top with scrambled eggs, cooked and crumbled pork sausage or bacon, and sprinkle with your choice of shredded cheese. Bake at 375掳 for 12-15 minutes until hot and bubbly and crust is done.
I didn't even know there was such a thing!

But..hell..I'd like to know as well.
Dice and combine in a skillet over medium heat; Bacon, Breakfast sausage (hot or mild) diced ham, hamburger or any meat(s) you prefer. You may also add onion, peppers...Drain when cooked to your liking... Set aside...

Cook up a generous serving of hash browns or home fries...Set aside...

Take a medium pizza shell (thaw it if it's frozen) and place it in a 350 degree oven until it starts to brown...While the pizza dough is browning, scramble a dozen eggs in a large skillet with a pinch of salt. Do not use any milk in the eggs. And do not over cook the eggs, as you will cook them again...

Remove the pizza dough and place a generous portion of Mozzerella and Cheddar cheese on the shell. Then, a layer of the meat. Then a layer of egg, then hash browns. Continue making layers. End up with a layer of cheese... Place back into oven until the cheese begins to brown... Enjoy

You can also use chili and a variety of other ingredients to make your own breakfast master piece...
