Breakfast Pizza recipe (the ones they serve at school)?

I need a recipe for a "breakfast pizza" I want the recipe for the kind they serve at school. I used to love them when I was at in school %26amp; my son has mentioned he has them for breakfast at his school. I would like to make on at home %26amp; want to be sure of what to put in/on it... If my memory serves me right it would be a pilsbury type pizza crust, white (country/sausage) gravy, breakfast (pork) sausage, eggs %26amp; mozzarella cheese. If anyone knows the exact recipe for the one I am asking about it would be greatly appreciated. If you don't know the recipe you can atleast tell if this sounds like how you make the ones at school (if you have ever ate one) THANKS A BUNCH!!!!Breakfast Pizza recipe (the ones they serve at school)?
I use to work at the school lunch room. Those pizza's were premade at our school but basically its a regular pizza crust, with your choice of toppings.

This recipe is very close.

1 pound ground sausage

2 (12 inch) prepared pizza crusts

12 eggs

3/4 cup milk

salt and pepper to taste

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup

1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits

1 small onion, minced

1 small green bell pepper, chopped

4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

Place pizza crusts upside down on cookie sheets and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Do not allow to brown.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Scramble eggs until firm.

Remove crusts from oven, turn right side up, spread 1/2 can of cream of celery soup on top of each crust. Spread 1/2 of egg mixture on each crust. Sprinkle bacon bits and cooked sausage over the egg mixture. Cover each with onions and peppers. Top each pizza with 2 cups of cheese.

Bake in preheated oven, for 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned to your liking.

I never had anything like that at any school I attended, though there was a convenience store that made a breakfast pizza with fresh yeast dough, brushed the dough with egg, then sausage, bacon, ham, peppers, etc, and of course, cheese.

To get the recipe, call the school and talk to the cafeteria manager.
When I was in school we didn't even HAVE breakfast. We had to starve til lunch. Campbells.com has a recipe if that helps. I know what it's like to go to good memories, especially for food you wish you could still have

IMPOSSIBLY EASY BREAKFAST PIE

2 packages (12 ounces each) bulk pork sausage

1 medium bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

1 medium onion, chopped (陆 cup)

3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)

1 cup Original Bisquick庐 mix

2 cups milk

录 teaspoon pepper

4 eggs

Heat oven to 400潞F.

Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.

Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink; drain.

Stir together sausage mixture, potatoes and 1陆 cups of the cheese in baking dish.

Stir Bisquick mix, milk, pepper and eggs until blended.

Pour into baking dish.

Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted.

Cool 5 minutes.

Makes 12 servings (see below for 6 servings)

Variation: If you'd rather make a smaller recipe using a 9-inch pie plate, cut all ingredient amounts in half and bake 30 to 35 minutes.
