Breakfast pizza or traditional pizza?

My brother and I are arguing which type of pizza we should make for a pizza competition. We are judged on taste and appearance.

His idea of breakfast pizza consists of a crescent roll crust, sausage, hash browns and cheese on top of that. Then a milk and egg batter over top of the toppings, then bacon on top of the egg.

My idea consists of a regular crust, and a medium spiced sauce mixed with a sweet chili sauce, chili peppers, and either oregano or basil added to it, and possibly some garlic powder. The cheese will be a simple mozzarella. and the toppings will be pepperoni, banana peppers, and a ranch dressings drizzle.

Which idea do you like better?

Any other suggestions?Breakfast pizza or traditional pizza?
Yours sounds good but to keep the flavors as fresh as possible, go for minced garlic instead of garlic powder. Always use fresh ingredients in competitions. Either oregano or basil would work with the other ingredients. You should definitely make the crust yourself too. This recipe is good:

Your brother's idea is also interesting but it might be a bit "heavy" with all those ingredients. It's pretty much a breakfast and it might taste good (it probably would) but in terms of presentation yours would be more attractive. The breakfast one is a nice idea but I like yours best (and I'm not just saying that because it's you who's asking the questions!)
Your brother's idea sounds very creative, innovative, and delicious. Sorry, but your idea seems just so-so. Im sure it is tasty, but not really over the top special.Breakfast pizza or traditional pizza?
Both ideas seem very tasty, but your brother's sounds more like a fresh, out of the box idea that the judges are probably looking for. It would be more eye-catching than a standard but yummy pizza
Breakfast pizza is better.
definitely your idea

do you deliver? LOL
