Easy Breakfast Pizza Recipe



Ingredients:



1 can Pizza Crust,Refrigerated

8 Eggs

1/4 cup Milk

2 tablespoons Butter

8 ounces Cream Cheese

8 slice Bacon,Crumbled

Directions:



Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease 12" pizza pan. Unroll dough onto pan. Press out dough to edge of pan. Bake 6 minutes until lightly browned.



Combine eggs and milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook and stir until cooked but still moist.



Spoon egg mixture over crust. Drop cream cheese by spoonfuls over eggs.



Sprinkle top with bacon pieces. Bake 8-12 minutes until toppings are thoroughly heated.

Egg Breakfast Pizza

(makes 2)



INGREDIENTS:

1 pound ground sausage

2 (12 inch) prepared pizza crusts

12 eggs

3/4 cup milk

salt and pepper to taste

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom or celery soup

1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits

1 small onion, minced

1 small green bell pepper, chopped

4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese



DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

Place pizza crusts upside down on cookie sheets and bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Do not allow to brown.

Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Scramble eggs until firm.

Remove crusts from oven, turn right side up, spread 1/2 can of cream of mushroom or celery soup on top of each crust. Spread 1/2 of egg mixture on each crust. Sprinkle bacon bits on one pizza and cooked sausage on the other. Cover each with onions and peppers. Top each pizza with 2 cups of cheese.

Bake in preheated oven, for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
Bacon %26amp; Potato Breakfast Pizza



1 8oz can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

1 9oz box Green Giant Potatoes w/garlic %26amp; Herbs

4 eggs

1/3 cup milk

8 slices precooked bacon, crumbled

1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (any u like)

salt %26amp; pepper to taste



Heat oven to 350*F. Spray 9X13-inch pan with cooking spray, unroll dough into pan, press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Press perferations in dough to seal. Bake at 350 for 5 mins.



Meanwhile cut small slit in center of roasted potatoes pouch, microwave on high for 3 mins or until thawed. Remove potatoes and cut larger pieces in half.

In medium bowl beat eggs, stir in milk, bacon 1 cup of cheese, potatoes, salt %26amp; pepper.



Remove partially baked crust from oven. Spoon potato mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over top.

Bake for an additional 20-25 mins or until edges are golden brown. cut into squares.

Makes 8 servings
I have one...its not really pizza but its great for breakfast and prepared to look like a pizza...



Take shreaded hash browns and brown them in a pan... then cook some eggs and anything else you like in your eggs, sausages,etc.



place shreaded has browns on a pizza (circler) stone or pan and make as a base if you will...then top with eggs and extras and then cheese...bake for 10 mins or so and then serve!! its so good...
