How do I make a grilled breakfast pizza for a tailgate?

We have a portable gas grill. Our game is at noon, so we were thinking of trying to make some breakfast pizzas on the grill. Has anyone tried this? How difficult is this, and how did you do your toppings? Thanks for the help! How do I make a grilled breakfast pizza for a tailgate?
I've done pizza on the grill...but never breakfast pizza, though a friend of mine did (big UT/Fla game)...

We used pita bread, my friend used prepared crust (Mama Mia's I think it was).....with the grill on low heat, you can use a sheet of aluminum foil to keep the crust from burning. She did a really simple bacon/cheese/tomato topping on hers, and it was really good.

You need to close the lid and make sure that you put some butter/margarine/olive oil on the crust first....just before you take it off, slide it off the aluminum foil so you get the grill marks and it crisps just a little bit. I did a search and found this site...it may help a lot!

I would go with a pre cooked crust such as the boboli etc... Or a pita so everyone can do thier own individual pizza. Some ideas could be:

Sausage gravy-or just plian white gravy-in place of the sauce

bbq sauce- in place of the sauce

ranch in place of the sauce

Scrambled bulk sausage (already cooked of course)

diced ham

diced cooked chopped bacon

bell peppers

mushrooms

onions

scrambled egg (or make a well of some kind in the middle and crack a raw egg and let it cook with the rest of the pizza)

white cheese
