What are the advantages and dis-advantages.Buy a PIZZA Shop or a Breakfast %26amp; Lunch Place?
I dont own a restaurant but I know you should do some market research for the area your thinking of buying/opening in. Are there tons of pizza places? Are there breakfast/lunch places? You want the least amount of competition possible.
well you can opt for both by buying a multi cuisine unit. Although if you want to compare both places then go for break fast and lunch home as the APC is more in terms of money here than a pizza shop but the food cost and labor cost is slightly higher side... think before taking any decision, about your budget, your strength as it takes lots of courage to open a food unit...Buy a PIZZA Shop or a Breakfast %26amp; Lunch Place?
It all depends on what area you are in and how much competition you have.
Generally, you would have a greater profit with pizza. Its cheaper to make and will most likely move faster/ and you wouldn't have to have a full menu. Food perishes if you dont use it obviously. Most pizza shops use frozen fries so they wont go to waste and frozen chicken fingers that can be fried up in an instant.
The first answer was a great one! I want to add as well, whichever you do, you want businesses around you that will draw people to your establishment. A pizza place open in the evening isn't going to be as appealing if all the stores around it are closed. You want that casual drop in shopper.
Well I think you will do better business with a pizza place.Because I mean that never goes out of style.People seem to love pizza which = more $$$.
why not have a mix?like they do on diner's drive ins and dives.
