Is Day old slice of pizza safe?

Okay so yesterday evening around 7:30 we ordered pizza. My husband never puts it away because he likes to eat it for breakfast the following morning. Its now 24 hours later. I want to sneak a slice....Is it safe to eat since it has cheese on it?|||I would.
